Kerala Cab Service believes in assisting our customers as much as possible, which is why we charge only Rs 1500 or 30% in advance at the time of booking. If the traveler cancel's the arrangement after confirmation, The advance payment will not be returned.

If a cancellation occurs less than one week before travel, the full cost of the tour will not be returned.

Cancellations are not accepted after the advance payment has been made; if necessary, please request a cutoff date.

Vehicles will not be offered throughout the night hours. Unless for Pickup and Drop, the excursion should end before nightfall. No tours will commence after 5 p.m.

If you believe that the car we have provided is not If the model or condition is not as described, please call Kerala Cab Service as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. If you accept the vehicle and start your trip, we will be unable to change it.
